The daily allowance, document purchases and Scanfy Plus share the same scanning tools and output quality.

Using Scanfy

Scanfy helps you scan, edit, save and export documents on your device. You remain responsible for the documents you scan, the permission to use them and any destination you choose for exports.

Daily allowance

You may save one document per local day without purchase. A document can contain up to 100 pages in every tier. Unused daily allowance does not accumulate. The allowance is used when a new document is saved successfully, not when the camera opens or a scan is cancelled. Device-clock checks may temporarily pause the free allowance if the date or time is unreliable. Saved documents and eligible paid purchases remain available.

The free allowance may pause if the app’s clock check needs to restart, for example after the system clears temporary app data. Keep automatic date and time enabled. Recovery may require at least 24 hours and the next local day. Saved documents and eligible paid purchases remain available.

A single document purchase

A single purchase permits one additional successfully saved document. It is tied to that document rather than a reusable balance. A waiting purchase must be used before another single document purchase is made.

Scanfy Plus

Plus removes the daily document limit while the subscription is active. The available period, total price, trial or introductory offer, renewal terms and cancellation information are shown before purchase. Apple or Google manages billing, cancellation, refunds and store subscription status.

Saved documents and re-exports

Reopening, editing and exporting a document already saved in Scanfy does not use a new document allowance. All tiers have the same scanning tools, quality options and 100-page limit. There is no advertising or account requirement.

Store terms and refunds

For Apple distribution, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies along with these terms. Android distribution follows the applicable Google Play purchase terms and these terms. Refund requests are handled by the store from which you purchased.

Document quality and backup

Scan quality depends on lighting, focus and the original document. Check important scans before relying on them. Keep your own copies of documents you need; exports and operating-system backups follow their destination and system settings.
